Rayshine Group is an integrated electromechanical transmission solutions group serving industrial customers worldwide. Its business covers motor sales, import and export trade, supply chain management, manufacturing, technical integration, and global delivery services. The Group’s core products include brushed DC motors, stepper motors, brushless DC motors, servo motors, gearboxes, and related electrical components. These products are widely used in solar tracking systems, robotics, medical equipment, logistics automation, AGVs, cooling pumps, and high-end industrial motion control applications.

The Group traces its origins to Rayshine HK, which was established in 2008 and initially focused on the sales, import and export, and after-sales service of standard electromechanical products. In 2011, Rayshine entered a manufacturing partnership with 3X Motion and jointly established a brushed DC motor factory, creating a collaborative model that combined market development with manufacturing capabilities. In 2013, the two parties established the independently operated Roytek & 3X Motion customized product project marketing center in Nanjing, further strengthening project development, technical coordination, and overseas customer service capabilities.

In 2022, Rayshine launched Start Motion, a new brand specializing in brushed motors, and established Start Motion Nanjing. By integrating China’s mature supply chain and manufacturing resources, the Group accelerated its transformation toward an integrated business model combining trade, manufacturing, and technical expertise. In 2024, Rayshine USA was established in the United States, focusing on motor manufacturing for solar tracking systems and localized services for the U.S. market. In 2025, Rayshine USA became an independently operated U.S.-owned company and completed the acquisition of Nextgen Motion (Vietnam), further expanding the Group’s manufacturing presence in Vietnam and strengthening its global production network.

In the same year, the Group established Rayshine VT Office and Raysun VT, while introducing gearbox products to build a comprehensive portfolio covering motors, gearboxes, and transmission solutions.

Today, Rayshine Group has developed a global operating structure built on China’s supply chain resources, supported by localized operations in the United States and manufacturing capabilities in Vietnam. The Group will continue to focus on renewable energy, industrial automation, and advanced motion control, providing customers worldwide with stable, efficient, and professional one-stop electromechanical transmission solutions.
